Brookwood partners with Amplify for AI data
Phoenix-based RIA Brookwood Investment Group has selected Amplify Technology's AI-native platform to unify its data and workflows.

Brookwood Investment Group, a registered investment advisor based in Phoenix, has partnered with Amplify Technology to implement a unified intelligence platform. The firm's assets have grown from $515 million to more than $1.5 billion over the past two years.
According to the announcement from Amplify, the new Brookwood Intelligence Platform will consolidate data, investment intelligence, portfolio management, trading, account servicing, and advisor workflows. Brookwood co-founders Kimberley and Robert Raimondo lead the firm, which now serves more than 75 advisors and 6,200 clients.
Addressing fragmented infrastructure
As Brookwood expanded, its existing technology infrastructure became a limitation. Advisors and staff were working across disconnected systems, pulling information from multiple sources. This fragmentation took time away from client service.
Amplify offered the connected infrastructure Brookwood sought. Kimberley Raimondo, Co-Founder and CEO of Brookwood, stated they were not looking for just another technology solution. They wanted infrastructure to support the future of wealth management.
"Amplify stood out because they understood our vision and had built the platform from the advisor’s point of view," Raimondo said. She emphasized that the value of artificial intelligence for their business would depend on the quality and structure of the underlying data.
Leadership and growth strategy
Brookwood is advancing a Professional Advisor Partnership model. This model is designed to give financial advisors independence while providing them with the support of a larger institution's expertise and technology.
The firm has recently strengthened its leadership team to support this growth. New hires include President Claire Alexander, Chief Operating Officer Jasmine Yu, Chief Growth Officer Michael Jones, and CFO Jeff Williams.
These leaders, alongside the existing team, are building infrastructure to support a rapidly growing national advisor community. The goal is to preserve the professional judgment that distinguishes the Brookwood model.
Jack Martin, CMO of Amplify, commented on the partnership. "Brookwood represents exactly the kind of firm Amplify was built for," Martin said. He noted that Brookwood is growing quickly but deliberately, requiring a connected data foundation to turn information into intelligence and deploy AI safely.
The platform is intended to give advisors greater capability without interfering with their client relationships. Brookwood's partnership with Amplify aims to create a foundation for continued innovation as the firm scales its operations.
