Leeds United has announced a new multi-year partnership with trading and investing platform eToro. The deal, confirmed today, names eToro as the Official Trading Partner for both the men's and women's teams starting with the 2026/27 season.

As part of the agreement, eToro will receive prominent branding at Elland Road on men's and women's first-team matchdays, including on pitch-side LED boards, stadium screens, and interview backdrops. The two organisations will also collaborate on digital content and fan activations. Fans can follow the club's progress on the pitch by checking the latest fixtures and standings.

Strategic focus on women investors

The partnership forms part of eToro's 'Loud Investing' initiative, which aims to make investing more accessible. A specific goal is to reach more women, who the platform notes are statistically less likely to invest than men. eToro hopes that by aligning with the reach of football, and specifically Leeds United Women, it can make investing seem more visible and relatable to a broader audience. Supporters can learn more about the squad that will be representing the club under this new partnership.

Stephanie Wilks-Wiffen, Director of Marketing at eToro, highlighted the community aspect of the deal. "Leeds United has a passionate community of supporters in Yorkshire and around the world, and we are proud to become the Official Trading Partner of both the men's and women's teams," she said.

Expanding a sports sponsorship portfolio

The agreement adds Leeds United to eToro's extensive sports sponsorship portfolio, which includes Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace across both clubs' men's and women's teams, four leading Ligue 1 clubs and Premiership Men's and Women's Rugby.

Club leadership welcomes new partner

Phil Hardman, Partnership Director at Leeds United, expressed enthusiasm for the new collaboration. "We are excited to welcome eToro to the Leeds United family," he stated, adding a particular note about involving the women's team. The club looks forward to seeing the branding at Elland Road and working on supporter activations and engaging content.

The partnership is set to begin with the 2026/27 football season, with joint digital content and fan experiences planned throughout its multi-year term.
